Admission forms into LSMC can be purchased at the Lagos State Examination Board.
Payments are made into the account of the Lagos State Federal Ministry of Education.
The cost of the admission form is N10,000 (Ten thousand Naira only)
Late registration, would attract an additional fee of N15,000 (Fifteen thousand Naira)

Only Primary Six (Pry 6) pupils in all Public and Private Primary Schools are eligible to participate in Screening Test.
Only pupils who are between the age of 10-11 are qaulify to take the Screening Test form.
